We met with Joe D'Avi and had some idea of how we wanted to enhance our outdoor living space.  At that time we had the original patio and a small freestanding grill but it wasn't ideal.  Within a few weeks, Distinctive came back to us with the ultimate outdoor living space.  We were thrilled as to how he was able to make it all fit in a tight space while being able to preserve our existing koi pond.

The new outdoor kitchen is a show stopper!  Equipped with an ice maker, searing station on the Lynx grill, fridge and plenty of storage.  He also totally transformed our night views with the lighting system that now highlights everything we added. We can't wait for the warm weather to return to be out there again!  We have already referred Distinctive to friends and family can't wait for the front yard project with them.

I worked with Joe D'Avi from Distinctive Design & Management for landscaping at my home. We had recently put a new in ground pool in and needed the area to be landscaped. Distinctive Design worked with us to create a gorgeous outdoor entertaining space complete with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and an outdoor kitchen. Distinctive Design thought completely out of the box by drawing up a plan that carved out an area for the patio, fireplace and TV that made the space more private and cozy than the standard patio that many people build straight off of their deck. The stonework and granite countertops are beautiful and the appliances are top of the line. All recommendations made by Distinctive Design. In addition, we engaged them to add lighting to our yard and to do our landscaping. They are professional, responsive and I will continue to use them for any future services that we need and they provide!
